Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting Crystomania. We want to ensure a transparent and fair experience for both our consultation services and physical crystal products. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund rules.

1. Consultation Services

This section applies to paid Vedic Astrology consultations and paid Vastu Shastra space energy audits:

• Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or request to reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment slot. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method upon cancellation.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
• No-Show Policy: If a seeker fails to attend a scheduled live call without prior notification, the session will be marked as complete, and no refund will be issued.

2. Physical Products (Crystals & Pyramids)

This section applies to physical items purchased from our storefront:

• Transit Damages: We inspect and securely pack all natural crystals. In the rare event that a crystal is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@crystomania.com. Please include photographic evidence and your order number. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
• Standard Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping charges for standard returns. Consecrated or custom-programmed items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment.
• It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, credit card statement, or UPI account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
