At Crystomania, we take care to ensure that your physical crystals and pyramids are shipped securely, ethically, and in a timely manner. This policy details our shipping timelines, delivery costs, and tracking details.

1. Processing and Consecration Timeline

Every physical crystal order is consecrated under your name and planetary coordinates by our Vedic practitioners.

  • Processing Time: Consecration, cleansing, and secure packaging take 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timelines

We deliver across India using trusted national courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC):

  • Standard Delivery: Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days from the dispatch date to reach most locations.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas or the North-East region of India may take up to 8 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value:

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is provided for all orders with a total cart value above ₹1,500.
  • Standard Flat Rate: A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99 is charged on orders below ₹1,500.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation message containing your tracking ID and link via WhatsApp and email. You can check the real-time status of your parcel directly through the courier partner's portal.

5. Delivery Issues and Address Changes

Please review your delivery address carefully before confirming purchase.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to our WhatsApp support team within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be processed once the package is dispatched.
  • If the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer details or customer unavailability, it will be returned to our consecration center. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer in such cases.
